He specialises in strategy development, employing proven tools, frameworks, and methodologies to guide organizations through transformative journeys.
Eryk expertly combines capability uplift with a human-centered design approach to ensure AI use cases are impactful and deliver maximum ROI. He has a strong track record of enabling industrial digital transformation and partnering with corporate executives and tech leaders to push the boundaries of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, blockchain, and IoT for meaningful business impact.

Eddy Ku is an AI strategist and strategic designer with over 20 years of experience spanning AI innovation, service design, consulting, and customer experience. He specialises in human-centered design and leverages collective creativity to drive purposeful innovations that meet real customer needs.

Nikesh Lalchandani
Principal Technology Consultant | AI Strategy
Nikesh Lalchandani is a principal technology consultant and AI strategist with extensive experience leading emerging technology initiatives across banking and cloud sectors. He has driven AI and ML innovation and emerging technology at Commonwealth Bank, served as Solutions Lead for AWS Asia Pacific and Japan, and worked with Boston Consulting Group.
Nikesh has completed postgraduate studies in AI/ML and teaches innovation and finance at the University of Technology Sydney. He is a Fellow of FINSIA, the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, and the Chartered Banker Institute, and a senior member of IEEE and the Australian Computer Society, where he served as NSW Chair.
Bianca Liu
Senior Business Analyst
Bianca is a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience delivering technology and business transformation projects across a range of industries. She has worked across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through to solution design, implementation, testing and go-live.
Her experience includes a POS transformation project with Aveo, where she worked with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes, map operational and system requirements, identify business needs and support the evaluation of potential POS solutions. This involved engaging stakeholders across the organisation and translating operational needs into clear requirements that could be assessed against vendor capabilities.
Beyond POS, Bianca has significant experience across workforce management, payroll and HR technology projects, including vendor and platform evaluations, process mapping, requirements definition, system integrations and stakeholder management. She has worked with clients and project teams across multiple states, coordinating between business teams, technical teams and vendors to deliver practical technology solutions.
Bianca brings a pragmatic and collaborative approach to delivery, with a strong ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.
David De Jong
User Experience Designer
David is a passionate advocate for delightful human experiences. He has always loved to build and get his hands dirty, and have thrived when asked the question ‘how could this be better?’
David is a multidisciplinary designer and has experience helping designing for future customer experience in various industries including telecommunications, event management, education and not for profits. David also has experience in teaching User Experience (UX) Design, teaching others the methodologies and frameworks to create delightful and meaningful user experiences.
Raymon Manalo

Mon is dynamic and pro-active Experience Design Architect with over 18+ years of experience in Human Centered Design, Rapid Prototyping, Digital Design (2D & 3D) & Extended Reality.

Sandra has a Bachelor of Teaching degree and over 20 years of experience in teaching and designing learning and course curriculum. She is passionate about making learning engaging and fun for participants and uplifting people’s capabilities particularly in the area of Human Centred Design. Sandra is an organiser and has great attention to detail to ensure participants have a great experience and workshops run smoothly and to plan.
