Eddy has over 22 years’ experience in various public and private sector roles including Service Design, innovation, consulting, product management and customer experience. Business Administrator

Sandra has a Bachelor of Teaching degree and over 20 years of experience in teaching and designing learning and course curriculum. She is passionate about making learning engaging and fun for participants and uplifting people’s capabilities particularly in the area of Human Centred Design. Sandra is an organiser and has great attention to detail to ensure participants have a great experience and workshops run smoothly and to plan.

David De Jong

User Experience Designer

David is a passionate advocate for delightful human experiences. He has always loved to build and get his hands dirty, and have thrived when asked the question 'how could this be better?' David is a multidisciplinary designer and has experience helping designing for future customer experience in various industries including telecommunications, event management, education and not for profits. David also has experience in teaching User Experience (UX) Design, teaching others the methodologies and frameworks to create delightful and meaningful user experiences.
